Ordering from Castaway Tackle is easy
  • find the item you require
  • choose the colour/size, if applicable, by clicking on the drop down list to view the options, then clicking again on the one you require
  • click the "ADD TO BASKET" button
  • wherever you are on Castaway Tackle, you can add items to your basket in the same way
  • you can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the "My Basket" link at the top of each page
  • you can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time
  • to continue shopping either click "Back to shops" for homepage or click on an item in the basket to go back to that item page
  • click the "Proceed to Checkout" button when you have finished shopping
  • post and packing costs will be shown on the checkout page
  • fill in the order details on the secure form

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta & Solo. You will not be charged for any goods until they are despatched. All products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item, we will inform you as soon as possible. All prices include VAT at 17.5%.

Delivery

When you place an order and we have your items in stock we will endeavour to despatch the same day. Sometimes this is not possible and then we will despatch the following day. Items ordered over a weekend or UK Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.

- Please Note -
The cut off time for next day delivery is 2:00pm Monday to Friday, any order that is placed after this time can not be sent out until the following day due to courier pick-up times.

At Castaway Tackle we attempt to hold all products in stock but demand is such that we occasionally run out of popular items. If there is going to be a delay of more than one week we may despatch part of your order. You will only be charged for the goods despatched and you will only be charged once for the carriage.
All our goods for delivery in the UK, except some larger items are despatched using a 72 hour Courier Service or a Royal Mail (taking upto 10 working days) delivery service. However, if you live in some areas (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) or if your goods are particularly heavy delivery times may be extended. All items are fully insured by us in case of loss or damage in transit.

Delivery costs are based on individual products. A delivery cost for the order (only one charge for mulitple items in an order) will be listed on the checkout page:
